Deceptive Packaging,
The label is sort of deceptive because it says “2500 Caps” and “2500 mg”. In fact, this is per dose (two capsules), not per capsule. That means you have to take about 16 pills per day during the loading phase and 4 during maintenance. The pills are about the size of those big multivitamins. When my bottle arrived one of the pills had broken so it was full of white powder.
I haven’t used creatine before so I have nothing to compare it to, but this stuff seems to work.

This is a good product I think. However, be careful…The lable is deceptive. Each cap is NOT 2500 mg. Two caps = 2500 mg, so if you are buying these based on cost, it is the 1250 mg/capsule that you should base your cost estimate on. I will not be repurchasing this as increasing costs by almost triple the cost of powder is simply not worth it for me.

Bought these pills for a friend of mine. And he used them for about two weeks. And he was able to bench 10 more pounds then he was able to before hand. You can see the difference in 2 weeks. Crazy stuff. Definitely works. It did take my friend about 2 weeks to figure out how to swallow the giant pills. Before he was able to swallow them, he would put them into ice cream.
But i highly suggest buying these for anyone who wants to gain muscle mass.
